We hope you are enjoying the books you receive in the mail from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (DPIL)!

We would like to know how this program works for your family and others in the community. We have created a quick survey that we would appreciate your time in completing. The Nevada legislature funds a collaboration between the Dollywood Foundation and Storied, Inc. to provide books to families across Clark County. This survey will allow us to see the impact of the program in your family as well as ways to improve it going forward. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, and all questions are optional. Please think about your reading habits with all of your children under 5 when responding.

If you choose to complete the survey, your responses will be confidential. Findings will only be reported in aggregate at the county and state level. Your responses or lack thereof will not affect your continued participation in the DPIL program.
